I am immensely pleased to welcome new batch of students to this institution for academic session 2017-18. The teaching and learning process and other co curricular activities always remain the goal of an educational institution and this college has been working hard to achieve this target excellently. Although the college keeps the potential to provide all possible support to students, the infrastructure is being constantly upgraded to make it relevant to the challenges ahead.Since its inception in 1961, the institution has contributed significantly towards the development of Human resource in various fields. It has been an endeavor of this college to explore the talent of students for their role in tuning the society. We are committed to making the students a role model for the coming generation in moral values, hard work, and seriousness of purpose and leadership qualities. Enrolled students from all classes are encouraged to participate in sports, NSS, literary and cultural activities to promote their career. With the commencement of the new academic session, I once again welcome the new scholars with open arms and hope they will find the college life attractive with the cooperation of best teaching faculty and supporting staff to take care of their curricular and co-curricular needs.
